I hit a deer and totaled my car. I called Sylvia right away. Erie adjusters were out the next day and had a rental car setup for me. It was the week before Christmas and we were traveling for my son’s wedding as well as the holidays and were not returning for over a month. The level of customer service and the entire process was as easy and straight forward as I could ever hope for. Would highly recommend Ray Salinas and Erie insurance!!!
